Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for return requests. The video must show the sealed package from all sides, with the shipping label clearly visible and undamaged, followed by the complete unpacking without any cuts or edits.

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds

• Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products, subject to availability.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.
